i picked up my holds from the library after work, two cookbooks and two short story collections. i also snagged some cd's, but the best thing i brought home was the left handed dictionary - leonard louis levinson. at first i thought it was just some nerdy left handed book or maybe you read it right to left, but here is the lowdown: "5,000 hip definitions that once tripped gaily off the slightly forked tongues of fred allen, russell baker, h.l. mencken, dorothy parker, e.b. white, and others, not to mention l.l.l. himself".
the cover price is .95, but i got it for .25 and it is nearly perfect.
