laundry list

i have to do wash so all of my better clothes is clean for my trip. i can't leave it for tomorrow night because then i will end up fighting with my sister who also will need the machines, gotta think ahead.

as much as i look forward to vacations, the days preceding are usually such a mess that i wonder whether it will be worth it, or will i be too tired to have fun after all the work to get the days off. i know the main purpose of vacation is to relax, but i am usually trying my damnedest to get the most out of a few days in one of my favorite cities.

what i know for sure (ok oprah!) is that my days in the bay are going to have some east coast accompaniment by way of manhattan, yum!
